Question regarding users having multiple accounts.

Good morning,

I've noticed, lately, that there has been an influx of people playing this game in multiplayer where they have started their accounts over and are very low leveled, despite being very good at the game. Considering that R6s tries to be fair in its matchmaking
process by attempting to make sure that the combined levels of the entire team are within 10 levels of the other team, would this be considered exploiting a game vulnerability, and therefore fall under the Xbox Code of Conduct?

I don't want to report people without cause and clutter up the support team's inboxes, but this seems highly unfair when one team may have a level 6 who has actually never played before and the other team has a level 6 who's last account was a platinum one.

No. It wouldn't be a violation as It's not actually exploiting anything. A game vulnerability would be more like a glitch in the game that would allow you to gain something you aren't qualified to earn yet.

Have you tried if using "Xbox, show my stuff" would help? It should then make you the active profile at least.

The Xbox One has the
Home Console system which is designed for families with multiple users/consoles to share games across consoles without needing to purchase the same game multiple times. Making sure that is set up correctly should alleviate many of the issues you're outlining
regarding sharing games.

Regarding Destiny and needing to be logged in - Do you own multiple copies of the game digitally or on disc? If it's a digital copy, double check that your purchase for the game went through using the account in question's
Microsoft Commerce account or the account's

You would have to file a complaint on him via the console. That is the only way to report him to the enforcement team so they can investigate.
