Question Regarding Travel

I am moving overseas to France and I am wondering, will my apps work over there? Like HBO GO or Starz. Because I will still have my American account and Xbox but I fear ip address may or may not allow it. I will say on PlayStation I had no issue using the
previously EU only Mubi app.

the first area near liars berg, there are possibly a few places there you are missing, try there first

Some of those services are tied by Proxy and will only work with a US IP address. The good news is the Xbox isn't holding you back, but the bad news is the apps might. I'd call the support teams for HBO/Starz and see what they say.

you have to make sure each map is totally discovered. Doing every story and side quest won't net you the achievement. Take a look at the guides here:

Tatakai no Kami

After I finished the main and all but one sidequest I still did not have the world traveller or the wasteland explorer. I was missing one chunk in the eridium blight. It popped for me after that. But one of my freinds has also got all the area specific explorer
achievements after I took him to and the happy camper campsite in Sawtooth, but after I took him to Terramorphus's lair it still didn't pop so he will now have to check all the maps for a blank spot.

Did you find the hidden camp in the area with the Warrior? That could be all you are missing.
