Question regarding the new xbox live changes

I would suggest you to extend the information regarding your question. Are you trying to change the live account associated with your gamertag or just add a new account at xbox live?

In regards to your question, unfortunately, you will need to wait 90 to migrate/change your Xbox live account region again.

That is the only way to change it back.

The Home Gold feature is only for the Xbox One, and only if you plan on getting 1 Xbox One console. Every Xbox One console that you get will need at least 1 Gold membership active on each console in order for everyone else that logs into that console to
have a gold membership.

If you intend on using a Xbox 360 console you'll need to have a gold membership for each account you wish to have access to online multiplayer on the Xbox 360.

They will not lose what they already bought. You can continue to use the three consoles with all accounts.

Than you must download the account in question

Or if it is the new profile you must join xbox live with a new windows live id and gamertag

Or use a windows live id change to free up the email then use it on the new account
