Question regarding preloading and time zones!

hey guys,

so i live i germany and i would like to download destiny from the us store since its so much cheaper. Now the question:

if i do this, will i be able to play it on 12:01 am german time? or will it be unlocked once its 12:01 pdt? how is this regulated? what about downloading it from the new zealand store? will i be able to play it 12:01 nzst or german time?(dont worry about residency,
got that covered)

im hoping that when the preloading goes live, they will be time zone specific and just unlock at that time zones time.

You have to do the math for your time zone. 12 am pdt is west coast, I'm on the east coast, so it will be playable for me at 3 am. (Due to I bought the digital guardian copy). People getting the disk copy will be able to play it at midnight here in the U.S.
Whether you do Germany or New Zealand, just figure up the time zone that is earliest for you from the 12 am pdt and do that one...
