question regarding pre-ordering and refunds

Considering pre-ordering The Division in order to qualify for the closed beta in a couple days. My question is if I hate the game after playing the beta. What's the policy on getting a refund.

How do you cancel digital game pre-orders?

They aren't saying to buy physical. They are saying why pre-order digital where there is the added risk of not being able to get a refund, because there is no refund policy in place? When you pre-order physical, you don't carry those risks because you can cancel the pre-order before or after the game launches.

Sorry! Found order history and found that it will be sent to our address(it took me 2 weeks to find this), but still...does it arrive the day it comes out or is it shipped out from the store/wherever when it comes out? Please reply, thanks

As far as I know, as long as the game has not been released you should still be able to request for a refund to cancel this purchase.

In regards to the last part of your question, pre-orders can be cancelled anytime prior to the release of the game for a full refund. To initiate request go to your order history on your Microsoft Account.
