Question regarding points/deposit

Hello,

I was wondering why my points won't deposit to my account. I have 7500 points that are showing, but I spent $150 on content last month and don't show any of those points. Points are to be deposited on the 1st and 16th of the month and yet mine have not deposited
nor do I get the option to deposit. My gamer tag is

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are
deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposit before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

 

If you're looking for VIP rebates, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So when they are scheduled is determined by when you get to that 5,000 credit mark. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are
deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

 

You should see it update before the 15th, but that would be the latest you'd see it update. The other credits you had pending by the 25th would be scheduled to deposit on the 15th of this month.
