question regarding my xbox live rewards deposits

no i know that but the funds were never added i never saw the credit, ive made several purchases before it would ask me if i wanted the credit added to the price, but the last deposits ive also made purchases and they credit never showed.

If the Rewards site says they were deposited, then they should be in your account. You may want to check through your transactions at
http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if it shows any "Arbitrary Charges/Credits". Those would be your rewards deposits. Keep in mind that 5,000 credits is equal to $5.00USD.

Since we only deposit around the middle and end of the month, since you requested your deposit on the first this month, it will be a part of the mid-month deposit. Regarding the last deposit, from the transition FAQ:

If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your
Microsoft account by the end of June 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.


If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog. See the next question for when to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making the
transition to Microsoft Rewards.

Just to follow-up on what Smwutches said, if you head to Xbox Rewards and under the "My Rewards" section see that you earned 5,000 or more credits under "My Credits", you should receive
a currency deposit into your Microsoft account around the 15th or 30th of the month (depending on which date is closer and hasn't already been passed).

The option to "Request an early deposit" is only if you have under 5,000 credits but at least 1,000 credits. Then you should be able to request a deposit for the date shown.

The internal issue with the data stored for your account is part of an ongoing issue that is in the process of being resolved. The deposits you occasionally see is the result of our other team deploying attempts to fix the issue, and not the result of any
