Question Regarding Killer Instinct Sale

I don't understand the math on the Ultra Edition upgrade. They say you can now upgrade from Combo to Ultra. So Ultra was originally $40, and Combo $20 putting the difference at $20. BUT the upgrade is listed ON SALE at $20 which is NOT a sale, that is just
the price it should be for upgrading. So is the 50% OFF "SALE" just the new option to upgrade and it's not on sale and upgrading is only a limited time offer?? So confused.

Does killer instinct support controller vibration?

Why my controller doesn't vibrate while playing killer instinct?? And there is also no option of on/off within killer instinct. Now question is that does it supports vibration?

I honestly don't understand their promo. On the KI Market it was still marked up to $35 but right after I purchased the Combo Breaker bundle for $20. I found out on Xbox Market Place had the Ultra Bundle for $20. This was all done yesterday evening. It feels
like a cheap move so please people some shopping around first.

Ultra Pack is a standalone upgrade without the need of Combo Breaker Pack because the game is theoretically free2play.

Even " IF " or " WHEN " the Ultra Edition for Killer Instinct 2 goes on sale for $20.00 in the future, I will not pick-up Killer Instinct 2 Classic because the stand alone value of Killer Instinct 2 Classic is only worth $10.00

Killer Instinct 1 Classic and Killer Instinct 2 Classic will never become stand alone games because they are being used as incentives to buy the Ultra Editions; that is the reason that they aren't on the disk versions at all.

What the hell is killer instinct: round one? Is it just the new name of the killer instinct game or something? The round one part is making me retarded. It sounds like a demo or dlc. I googled it and couldn't find any thing besides info about killer instinct.
See, I m thinking that the new game is just called killer instinct and killer instinct:round one is some add on or something. Much apologies if this is an obvious question/ answer
