Question regarding Gamerscore reset

Just curious as to how the whole policy works. I was wondering because my gamerscore got reset a few years ago or so. I now officially no longer have the cheater gamerzone, and don't have previous achievements. I wanted to know if there was any possibility
if I could re earn those previous achievements. I don't see the point in not allowing you to re earn them considering if someone really wanted to they could just mod newer games to get their gamerscore up again. I just wanted to know if it was possible because
I've been playing a lot of older games such as World at War and stuff like that and would love to be able to earn achievements in it again.

you wont be able to earn all gs, that was reset, but you can earn new achievements

 

Yep,once your gamerscore is reset you can never re earn reset achievements on that account.

Getting caught a 2nd time for modding your gamerscore would probably result in the account being banned.
