Question regarding console exclusive wings in Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls

Hello all. As you all know, last gen consoles received exclusive preorder wings. Now that RoS is out on current gen, we are seeing more people switching from one console family to another. I went from the 360 to the ONE, and I've been playing D3 quite a
bit. I had a buddy recently send me 2 sets of wings in the in-game mail. One were the blade wings(made of bones), and one was the fiery red crimson wings. I was informed that they were PS exclusive wings and that they weren't supposed to transfer over from
PS3 to the XBOX ONE. I was then told that in order for the a person to transfer them, they would have had to use a save editor and modify the file and transfer that way. So the questions i have are this:

1. Are the wings considered modded when looking at blizzard and xbox live ToU/ToS and can a person get in trouble for being in possession of them?

2. If they are considered modded, is it also considered cheating to have them?

I am just curious because I don't want to get in trouble later on down the road when I found out that the innocent pair of wings I received in the mail were not allowed. Thanks for any info you can provide.

made the purchase of the game Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls on Xbox LIve gold, however, the download is always stopped at 26%, appearing the following mensege: "Could not download Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls", already downloaded other games after him and presented
no problems. Any solution to this problem?

1: No. They are considered a Blizzard item for sure yes but are not really in the modded catagory. IF blizzard checked into your account to look into you but knowing Blizzard cannot access your account information or modify it or that would REALLY be a
big problem all around.

2: No if you have them equipted and have apsolutely nothing on and verify on your stats (Reset all paragon slots) there is no possibly difference being dont to make you highly overpowered like if they where +900.0% Attack speed,320% Magic Find than yes that
is serious cheating.
