Question regarding BEST BUY weekly ad for XBOX 360s/PS3 trade in

So there is a deal going on here ending today.

I've visited the store couple of times(Christiansburg VA Best buy) and called Best buy customer service, chatted with Microsoft customer service rap.

But it seems like no one knows exactly if the additional if the 100$ gift card is qualified for XBOX360 250gb ONLY or XBOX360 250gb and anything higher.(such as 320 or 500gb hard drives).

My guess is the reason for this weekly AD is for Microsoft to boost its XBOX ONE sale.

And to do so it's trying to lure out all the gamers who are holding on to their newer version last gen consoles.

(People holding on to 7 year old XBOX360 or PS3 probably needs a new console anyway, whereas people who just bought 360 and PS3 probably don't want to spend money on new console again.)

So that means my XBOX360S 320gb is intended to be included in the deal.

Is this the case? Or did Microsoft wanted ONLY 250gb version to be included only for some reason.(Why would they do 4gb X, 250gb O, 320gb X, 500X ?)

The deal ends today... and I would really like to know what's going on.

That extra 100$ means a lot and without this deal I probably won't buy next gen console for a while....

That's something that only Best Buy can help with but usually it is for consoles without the hard drives attached. If they do require the hard drive make sure you wipe it first.

I was just in Best Buy today trading up my BF4. The ad says ...any working 360 and ps3 is worth $100. Good luck

Yup I traded in my old 360 for $100.00. Put that toward the new 360. They had some sort of trade in promotion going on the last couple weeks. But I think that promotion ended yesterday. We also traded in our PS3 recently toPS3 and got a new one. But
we bought our new PS3 from Best Buy.

I didn't know you could trade in games at Best Buy. Does it have to be all for the same console? Like buy 2 Xbox games and pick a free one for the PS3?

5. No, and most Xbox games are actually unplayble on the 360

6. Never tried that on the 360.
