Question regarding a suspension

The best way is to post the ticket to the enforcement team and ask for a review. Someone provided the link above.

As stated, no one on this forum is able to assist with suspensions, only the xbox enforcement team can help there.

But a good recommendation is to tell your son to not respond to the bullies, just report and block the person, or else fuel will be added to the flames.

Its most likely that he engaged with the bully in the same way the bully engaged him. And the bully reported your son, but your son did not report the bully so the bully didn’t get suspended.

Never engage with someone being toxic because it can result in a ban as well. Violating the Code of Conduct can be a simple as using curse words or slurs.

There is many reasons why you will get a ban.

Using profanity, harrassing etc. You should have an email stating which Code of Conduct has been violated.

If the ban is more than 24 hours you may request a case review. It is NOT guaranteed that the ban will be lifted after a case review. Other than that there is nothing we in the forums can do in regards to the enforcement team. As they do not use the forums
in any way.

We also do not have access to the enforcement system.
