    Question on xcloud and steaming


    Hi all, I am loving the console streaming and xcloud. Console isn't that new to me since i've used it with my win10 machines. However, xcloud is really great! Used it the other day and was pleasantly surprised. Great responsiveness and graphical quality. It got me to thinking, is there a roadmap out there on this stuff? I have multiple xbox’s throughout the house (One S’s for the kids, and 2 One X’s). Once Scarlett comes out, are there plans to be able to stream to older Xbox’s? Would be great if I could stream 4k content to my kids Xbox One S’s with the quality that Scarlett will allow. How come there aren’t streaming apps for the current xbox’s? Why can’t I stream my One X content to my S? There’s so much opportunity here to truly have a connected Xbox ecosystem and provide value back to us gamers. Thanks!

    you can log into steam via geforce now and stream all, well most of the steam games you own as nvidia runs all the games via there own hardware servers which consist of a mix of rtx cards, you cannot do this with gamepass as microsoft won't allow it due to having a competing platform as xcloud.

    geforce now has much lower latency than xcloud which has been documented countless times.

    They don't provide the games they just give you access to games that you own on steam and run a version that is on their servers. works very well.

    Gamepass games can only be gotten with the gamepass app and the xbox store not steam

    You can run Windows 10 or 11 thru boot camp or parrallels

    You would need windows ro access xbox atone or xcloud rk access xcloud ganes

    I see, could you confirm for me if the issue is happening in the Xbox app or Steam app?

    If it's steam you will need to contact their support or support from Bethesda who is the developer of the game.

    Unfortunately, there is no official and native support for DualShock in the Xbox app, it only works on Xcloud.

    Ok thank you. I can't use xCloud as my internet is slow as I am in rural Australia. Can I link my steam and Xbox Live accounts?
