Question on my communications ban.

I have no idea how long I've been banned from communications. I was never sent an email and the message I received from Xbox Live was blank. Since the enforcement forum is dead and the only thing enforcement seems to be doing right is banning people thought
I'd ask here.

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

Ban information

On oct 3rd I received a communication ban for no apparent reason. Then, 3 days later I received a second ban. This time, apparently I was sending threats and I was harrassing people. My question is how can I harrass and send threats if I cannot speak or
hear other players ? And no, I did not send threats before I got the communication ban. I Would like to know why have I received a communication ban and whisky did a get a second ban after that.

sry to say, but you won't get a proper answer here. Just more of this "we're working on it" bull****. But I doubt they are working on it. They are just banning people randomly. Even when the ban is over, chances are really high your chat won't work.

I personally think they need to fire their enforcement team, because they are not doing a great job. I'm used to awesome support from MS. But with this guys there are just problems over problems...

Sorry to hear it. It's true that the PET don't use the forums anymore. However you can head to the link below with the suspended account and open a case review with the PET.

This site is not faster and not more personal. Personal would be, when there is a support chat with the PET. And a quick solution. But there is none. Just a lot of excuses.

yeah each time you get banned for something the ban is longer than the last one and enough bans warrant a perm ban off of Live sorry.

Short answer to your question is; yes.

Every account suspension/Enforcement action is kept on file against your Xbox Live gamertag. This can be accessed through the Xbox Enforcement Website, when you sign into your account. If you continue to violate the code of conduct, this will be added to
the report.

If you keep trash talking and been offensive in chats/messages, then the team will implement a tougher, longer, suspension against your account. If you continue, then eventually they will just implement a permanent suspension on communication and/or account
suspension. However, there are some rules, that if you break, will lead to a straight ban/suspension.

In short, think of an Enforcement action as a Criminal Record, but just for Xbox Live and Live services.
