Question on Minecraft policy -- anti-semitic content on private server

Hi,

My son is 14 and was invited by a kid he knows at school (also 14 or 15 years old) to this kid's Minecraft [Xbox One] server. When my son got on to the server, he found it was full of anti-semitic content - swastikas, derogatory language about Jews, etc.

Is there any policy about what is and is not allowed on Minecraft servers?

Contacting Minecraft’s creators like the people above me is the best way to get any attention to this issue since it was on a private server. Please keep us updated.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

If this is a private server, then no, but if it was a community server [which it does not sound like it was] then the moderators of that server would take care of managing that accordingly.

As worlds created or servers maintain by individuals are of their own accord, there is no way anyone that does not have access to that server can make any adjustments to those worlds or servers.

If you do have anymore questions regarding this, I would encourage you to
contact Mojang, so see if there is anymore that they can do for you. Of course you can always

report the individual from your Xbox console as well.
