    Question on Gamer Picture.


    If I was to use something to make a custom Gamer Picture would I get
    console banned/ banned/ suspended for it, if so can anyone tell me, the program I would probably use would be [Mod removed] which i'm not downloading yet until I figure out if it will get me
    console banned/ banned/ suspended or not. But it would be a great help if somebody reply's to this and not be a complete troll and say it wont get me banned T_T. Microsoft could you also
    reply to this and let me know as well, that would be great (>*-*)>.... I will probably only give this a few days maybe a week for reply's but other than that, that will be all from me. Oh and if anyone reply's to this I will try and reply with a thanks if

    Hey there Roxxie! You cannot take personal gamerpics with the Kinect sensor, only the LIVE vision camera. Sorry for the confusion, thanks!

    Is it possible to put a picture of my own as my gamer picture? I mean, Legally of course.

    I know theres programs to do this, like Modio, But are those legal? Thanks!

    Yes, making a customer gamer pic like that would get you banned. Currently the only way to make a customer gamerpic is by using the Xbox Vision Cam and even then only your friends would be able to see it. Using anything else would require modding your account
    which will get you banned.

    I wish that there was a way because all of the other gamer pics are way over used and I would say more but don't feel like getting into a debate on here Question on Gamer Picture. :p lol

    You can only use pictures taken from the Xbox Live Vision Cam and only people on your friends list would be able to see it.
