    Question on console enrollment from current to XSX


    My XSX is on the way, currently I have Xbox One S and am Alpha ring. I do NOT want my XSX to be in the Insider program, at least not yet. My question is: will the XSX auto-join me (since I'll use same gamertag) ?

    Pretty sure I have to manually sign up since it's tied to console, correct?

    opt out preview programme

    You can un-enrol on your Xbox, by going to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app and un-enrolling from the preview updates. This will only change to stop the updates once the current update wave has ended.

    For future reference, please post Preview Programme questions in the private preview programme forums.

    update the Xbox series x and Xbox one dashboard.

    New dashboard is currently only available to consoles enrolled in the insider program. You would have to enroll them, or wait for the official release

    [UPDATE 6/25] We've made some adjustments to our enrollment process that should speed things up. We still can't give an exact ETA on console enrollments, but we're working hard to see that everyone currently in a pending status is on a Preview build soon.
