    Hello, I hope you guys have a great day. My problem is that I cannot access my Minecraft profile.

    I first purchased my java Minecraft account in 2020, I actively played the game till the Microsoft migration. I migrated my account in 2021. I continue to play the game with no problem over a year until I quit playing in 2022. after that in 2023 I tried to access my account from my new computer using the same and correct login information and I successfully login the account but when I click Minecraft the app said to me I need to buy the game and I realize it's not the same profile as my original Minecraft's profile since then I try regularly to login and access my Minecraft but I just can't find where my profile is. I know for sure I use correct email address and I am sure that nobody is logged in to my email or Xbox account except me so there is no chance that account is stolen.

    I hope you guys can help me I really miss playing the game.

    so there is no way I can't access my migrated minecraft account (I don't remember the email that was created when the account was migrated, only the original email used for the creation of the minecraft account)?

    I'd be happy to give more details but I am not sure about what I can add.

    I have fully access to my microsoft account but I suspect that during the time where the hacker was connected to my account, he unlinked my minecraft account and my microsoft account, if its even possible.
    Since then, I have to connect to my microsoft account when Im on the minecraft Launcher, and whenever I'm connected, it seems to be with the wrong account, since it asks me to buy Minecraft.

    One of the questions I had is : is it possible to know which email adress is linked to a Minecraft account's name ? My Minecraft name is Iokko (iokko, not Lokko)

    Hi Uso. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

    Once a Minecraft account is migrated to a Microsoft account, it is permanently associated with that account. Unfortunately, you can't change this after migrating.

    To clarify, you are having issues accessing Minecraft on the account you migrated it to?

    I own minecraft bedrock edition and it shows on xbox app too but it said on the launcher than i need to buy both editions

    I can't even go on minecraft launcher for it to access the Windows 10 Minecraft Directory because it also says buy now. Its in the same account.
