[Question] Games with Gold XBO and accounts

Hello community

Im new to this, so if this post isn't in the right place, feel free to move it or edit it.

I have doubts with the game license i will obtain when I download a game on June 2014 with the Games with Gold monthly promotion.

Lets say that I payed Xbox Live Gold till November 2014 with my account, and from June 2014 I get all the free "Games with Gold" games in my Xbox One until November arrives with my personal account in which I have Gold. Could someone like my brother or someone
who uses my Xbox in a future (December 2014) get access to the Games with Gold I "purchased" back between June and November if he activates a Gold account with another username other than mines but in the same console?

I know it is a bit tricky, but I would like someone to inform me about this cause my bro wants to know if he is going to have access to those games in case I stop paying with my account the Gold membership but he starts paying with his account

Backwards compatibility and new account.

Currently still use an old 360 and newer XBO. We have two gold memberships/gamer tags. If I buy a new XBO for kid going to college and create a new gamer tag/account, can the old 360 games that are compatible be played on this new account? Or are they
assigned to the past history of the older gold accounts? Basically saying if I buy a new XBO (with new account/gamer tag) and buy a used 360 game that is compatible will it work?

Question about xbox and W-Microsoft10

It was my understanding that all the users (family members using an XBO can share a Gold Account). So, eventually, your friend could play on the XBO with his MS account (if you have gold) and you could play on the PC.

As long you had gold. He can played it. As long he allow profile on your XB1 and you made it your home console. If it not. You need to be log on for him to used it.

So you say that if I stop paying Live suscription but another account in my home Xbox One starts playing it; in order for that account to play the Games with Gold I downloaded before, he needs to sign in with my account which does not have Live and also
sign in with his account whch has Gold suscription activated?

The account you posted with is a silver account. If this is the account you used to access GTA O the you were unable to connect because you need a Gold Membership to xbo Live.

If I had two consoles I would want to have the option for everyone to play on one or the other. There are endless different situations why I might want the kids to play on one or the other console (people visiting, wife asleep, watching TV, etc.)... I'm
pretty sure that if I kept my gold account signed into the non-home XBO it would not let the kids and wife play the games that I downloaded under my account. I think that it'd be like them trying to play Garden Warfare on the 360 without gold. I really don't
know. What if I buy a second XBO and they can't use it. Can I return it?
