Question for Refunding

I Have Recently Tried for a refund request for a couple games and the form said they would send the attached email a notice whether the games were refunded yet and that was almost a week ago.

Stupid question, but was the purchase made within the past 5 days? If not, that may be why you aren't being refunded.

How did you attempt the refund, using the website form, or cancelling the order on the Microsoft account website?

It depends on where you are in the world vs the us

It can come in a few days to a couple weeks

Once approved at accounts.microsoft.com its sent to your bank

Whenever they do their next international transactions will be when you get yours

And they dont do them 1 by 1

Upto 30 days or 90days if done by paypal

Hi JamesCranmer,

You will not lose your original content. However, when you put in your help ticket to get your refund. Also explain in this exact same way that you already had the content. That way they can check your account and make sure they do not remove your access
to the material you have already paid for. If you have already submitted a ticket. Just put in an inquiry and you should be able to do the same thing from there. I hope this helps.

Hello!

So when you submit a refund request you receive an email confirmation stating the request is being reviewed and you will receive a response within 48 hours. You can respond to the confirmation email asking for an update on the status of your refund request.
Refund requests do not tell you you'll get an email when your refund goes through the transaction needs to be reviewed and accessed to determine whether a refund will be issued or not.
