Question for Enforcement Team

Good Evening,

My original Gamertag was recently force changed by the Enforcement Team. I submitted an appeal, and the end result was a decision of decision overturned.

However, my old gamertag has not been restored, and now the appeal has been locked out and I cant access it to ask if and when the gamertag should be restored.

Any advice?

Question for Enforcement Team?

I have a question for something that doesnt make sense. I called cutomer support and asked "if i could take my flash drive and put a custom gamer picture on to that flash drive to use as my account picture" and they said no that it would be considered modding
and then told me that you can take a picture of the same exact thing off of a print out and use that as my gamer picture. So why not let me do it the MODDING way when im doing nothing wrong except making the picture quality better and how would you even be
able to tell that its off of a flash drive? To me this doesnt make sense at all but if any questions or responses please comment and respond.

Question for Enforcement team

In Halo the Master chief collection, Halo 4, map Haven, a glitch happened where the player got clipped into the wall unintentionally, can the player get suspended for this? for he did not try to cause the glitch but it happened. (for the enforcement team)

Judging by your gtag that is not a random tag picked by the system. Now either you have changed your gtag again by choice or the appeal was executed.

To answer your question though. The reason you can not do it the "modding way" is because you agreed to this:

C. Consequences of Violations.

If you violate the Code of Conduct or the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use, action may be taken against your account, including without limitation the following.

Some offenses warrant an immediate permanent suspension,
including without limitation: hacking,
modding, fraud, severe racial remarks, nudity on the Xbox LIVE Vision camera or Kinect camera, repeated creation of inappropriate gamertags or profile content, or posting viruses or URLs to viruses

Thank you, this glitch was not done on purpose and happened through regular gameplay, is that okay then?

Sorry but support gave you incorrect information. The enforcement team does not post here. They only post in the suspensions forums to tell people why they have been suspended/banned. It's not possible to contact them for any other reason.

Glitches usually won't get you banned, but if it's a glitch that someone exploits to gain some sort of advantage in the game that is what will get you banned.
