Question for all

I bought an XBOX ONE a few days ago, and I am really enjoying it. There was a promotion at the store where I bought it from so I got Call of Duty: Ghosts for free. I also picked up Dead Rising 3.




I am not sure what I want to get next



It's a toss up between:



- Titanfall

- Ryse: Son of Rome

- Tomb Raider



I am not really into racing games, but I am pretty easy going with these. Any tips of what I should get would be highly appreciated.

A question for you all

These achievements are for Episode 1. There will be an Episode 2 released later, and by all given press material released thus far, it will be played from Elizabeth's point of view, and not Booker's. Expect Episode 2 to have its own set of achievements.

You can select which chapter of Episode 1 you'd like to play if you need to go back and finish those achievements, btw. When you select
Burial at Sea from the menu, it will give you the option to load a chapter.

 

A question for you all

the achievements for burial at sea are they for just episode 1 or they for episode 1 and 2 the turrets and the upgrade achievement I am sure I could get replaying the game but the audio log achievement thought perhaps that was a episode 1 and 2. be glad
to hear anything about that answer

 

Hey mate, if you haven't played Tomb Raider then I would strongly suggest that, brilliant game. Then I would recommend Ryse after that, haven't played TF so can't comment on that one.

 

with a few of your recently played 360 games... I would go with Titanfall... more like COD,, even though it is far from it in reality... Ryse.. very good visuals... decent gameplay but somewhat repetitive... MP is fun though.... havemt played Tomb Raider...
but I heard it is very good..

but why only those 3?

@tohellnbak - To be honest the only reason I chose those three games is because I really don't know what's out there for XBOX ONE. Most of the other games I have been or either coming out next month or later in the year. I know for sure I will be getting
Watch Dogs. No doubt in my mind about that. And I would also like that thank you for your suggestions. My Nephew wants me to get TF too, so we can play, but I am still not 100% yet.

 

Tomb Raider is a quality title, for single player I'd recomend this over the others.

 

If you don't know what's out there, read some reviews. Of the games you mentioned, I'd recommend watching Angry Joe on youtube. He gives in-depth reviews, enthusiastically tells you what is good about a game, but is not afraid to say what is bad about a
game.

 

Tomb Raider unless you want a MP game.

 

I would say if you enjoy shooter game fps go for Titanfall

I've played all 3 games.

Tomb Raider - I played this on PC and loved it. I thought the single player campaign was superb, although I didn't try the multiplayer (I'm not even sure if it has it?). It was one of my favourite games of last year as far as single player modes go.

Ryse: Son of Rome - I really liked the single player campaign, although I wouldn't say it's as good as Tomb Raider. It's a promising start to a new franchise though. In some respects I think it's like the first Assassin's Creed, where there was a lot of
promise there but also a lot of gripes about lack of variety and stuff. Hopefully if we get a sequel, they will pay attention to the criticisms, as the Assassin's Creed devs did. I thought the multiplayer was fun, but it didn't hold my interest for all that
long once other games came out and I haven't played it in a long time.

Titanfall - This is my favourite game of the three. I've put the most time into it by far and my interest in it is holding, so I reckon I'll be playing this for a long time yet. For me, this is the best balanced online shooter I've ever played and that's
what makes it so fun. There's no over-powered kill streaks that only the best players get to use and the online servers have been rock solid and virtually lag free.

So for me, it would be a toss up between Tomb Raider and Titanfall depending on which style of game you prefer, and how much you value a solid single player campaign over a solely online multiplayer experience. I enjoyed all 3 games and I'm glad I bought
all of them, but I can't recommend Ryse over the other two.

 

You seem to enjoy FPS online so I'd tell you titanfall. Dead rising is fun, so is RYSE, but the latter you may find repetitive. I would suggest AC4 as well. Tons to do. Easily 100+ hours if you like completing games. Played TR on 360 so can't say if it's
worth it. Loved the game on 360 tho.

 

Titanfall, Ryse or Tomb Raider, tough choice.

For me it would be Ryse but only if you know others with the game so you can play co-op as the campaign is very short.

To be honest though I can't see many being disappointed with any of the three you mention.

 

Tomb Raider multiplayer was very fun, it had so much potential to really stand out in a multiplayer way but to me it seems more like something they shoe horned in at the end like a "oh do we really have to do this" but the actual framework they laid down
was refreshing i thought, traps, the long bow (it really didnt need guns but hey everyone has their thing) and some alright maps aswell, pity they didnt push it further or at least spend time polishing it after they finished doing the sp
