    Question about xo4 turtle beaches...


    hey all,

    I'm looking for a headset around the $100 range. Mic monitoring is a must. I read the description from the TB website and it says it does have mic monitoring. Does anyone out there have this headset who can let me know if this feature works on this particular
    model. I read a couple links that state it doesn't work because the xb1 needs an update to allow it. Othere said it works fine. Any help/feedback/alternate headset recomendations would be appreciated.

    Turtle beach has two Xbox1 compatible headsets. The XO4 and the XO7.

    Xbox One Headset adapter - can I just use it get in-game audio from headphones plugged into my wireless controller?

    I've got turtle beach xo4 and use the headset adaptor and I can hear all game sounds and chat no problems

    Yes you have to, the headset comes with a smaller cable to update your controller with.
