Question about XIM4

Was there ever an official response to this question?

Hi buddy,

Using a Xim4 is widely considered cheating and can bring on a ban from Xbox Live if caught using one. They come under mods and hacks and are against the Xbox Live Terms of Use.

As a result I doubt you'll find much help from these forums and would probably do better to ask elsewhere.

I don't want to get into the cheating argument here, I am not using Macros or anything like Rapid Fire etc.

I will use a Xim4 purely for ergonomic reasons, I have issues using the Xbox One controller and after around 45 mins of gaming my hands start to cramp. This is hampering my enjoyment of the system and see no reason as to why I wouldn't be able to change
my input to further my Xbone use.

Hopefully someone will answer the question, if not I will just have to use Skype on my dekptop or mobile for VOIP.

Yeah, it provides an advantage but there are youtubers with thousands of subscribers who openly show they use a XIM4 and they still aren't banned. It makes me think that Microsoft can't really ban you for it and these people are above it all

this is interesting, as, I am pretty sure mouse and keyboard support has been announced?
