    Question about xCloud


    Recently I finally got selected to participate in the testing. However I cannot download the app as it is "incompatible". I own a Nextbit Robin which is an Android device with over 2GB free ROM and has Android 7.0 installed as well as having Bluetooth 4.0. Why is it not compatible?

    Xcloud on a Windows 10 desktop PC

    My question is actually about the lack of Bluetooth support of my PC.

    On the xcloud supported device list, the Windows 10 PCs are required to have a bluetoothe 4.0 support. Mine is a desktop and doesn't have bluetooth at all. Will it prevent xcloud to be operational on my PC ?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Thank you for your interest in cloud gaming and I have also validated as well as confirm that cloud gaming is not yet available for your country. I just want to set your expectation that using VPN is not recommended especially with using cloud gaming.

    Hopefully, your country will be added to the list soon!
