    Question about XboxAmbassadors Bullying


    I have question regarding to XboxAmbassadors keep bully my kid, doesn't matter which game he is play, he told me this guy claims he is Ambassador can tracking what games that my kid is playing. He doesn't want me kid to play with other freind as this guy
    keep saying that friend will [Mod Removed]. All weird things, he keeps go on same game with my kid is playing to destroy what he has in the game, or keep shot him down. So he cant go on with his mission.

    I have his information on Xbox game tag name, I need someone to help me to confirm is he one of XboxAmbassadors. If so I need to sent you what did I have in evidence.

    I had file complaint on the console and called customer service but either no response or they said they cant do anything about it. We block this guy but somehow he can unblock it and keep coming back to bully my kid.

    It is, according to Human Rights. It's bullying and discrimination if you think about it, and that IS prosecutable.

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry to hear what is happening, since you have already reported the person this will eventually be looked into by the Xbox Live Enforcement Team, but this will take time.

    Just to be sure can you check if you blocked the person via the steps mentioned here: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

    It surely doesn't sound like what a Xbox Ambassador should be doing or any even other Xbox Live member should be doing.

    Just to add,when you report someone via your console you will not be told anything.

    Sometimes you might get a thank you message from the enforcement team if someone receives enforcement action due to a report you've filed but this is very rare.

    Other than that you will not be told anything.

    Customer support can't do anything as they are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.

    Hi there. I believe you would have to PM XboxAmbassadors about the gamertag change, however I'm not sure if you can change profiles completely. Your best bet is to contact him to question if it's ok or not. :)
