Question about Xbox Series X after warranty repair costs

Hello, with you having the Series X you should still be under warranty to have it fixed at no cost. Go through the xbox support page then warranty to have it done. Make sure you have your console registered.

Since they have dropped something into the console, it would not be covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the owner. This would unfortunately be the cost of an out of warranty repair.

My Xbox is definitely out of warranty. And the cost of repair is probably better spent towards a brand new Xbox Series X.

But it only listed the Series X/S version. So it's like a reference or estimation. To check exactly the cost of your console repair, please register your device to your account and try to send it for a repair just to see how much it would cost on your end or in your location.

yes series X - just a co-incidence then that it started right after a firmware/OS update (and thankfully days inside warranty)

So wait, I don’t have the elite controller, the controller in question is the one that came with the Series X. How much would it cost to repair a standard controller? And yes I’m in the US.
