question about xbox one upload containing nudity from video games

i have thief. one of the levels takes place in a house of ill repute. the house of blooms is the level. there is topless women in the game. i know xbox said no swearing in upload videos except if its in the game. but what about nudity in games? whats the
rule on that? if some one made a walk through or just made a video in the house of blooms level showing the topless women from the game and certain acts taking place there, can that get you banned? i am just asking out of curiosity since microsoft said swearing
in the videos can get you banned, unless the swearing is in the game. it would be nice to know the rules concerning videos from games cantaining nudity and adult acts, like what happens in the house of blooms in thief. playing the level is what inspired the
question.

Youtube app is not working

I find idiotic in a first place that I cant directly upload videos on YT or Facebook from game dvr instead of Twitter or OneDrive, but whatever.

So I tried to manually upload a video using Xbox One inside Youtube application. But here comes the error, when I select the video I want to upload, it says "FILE_NOT_AVAILABLE" or something like that. Anyone already tried to upload video using YT app on
Xbox One?

They said swearing was acceptable as long as it was coming from the game, not from you. So it stands to reason the same would apply to virtual boobies. Since you are merely capturing a part of the game. Just don't add a commentary showing off your junk and
you should be fine.

 

THE IMMORTAL D, as said above, the Terms of Use and Code of Conduct is a Users end agreement. This means Content from the Users. Content from a Game is not subject to the Code of Conduct and/ or Terms of Use.

It's okay. Just don't let it happen again.

 

If it's from the game, you wont get in trouble, although developers are able to block certain sections from being streamed, so it's most likely that sections like that will be blocked.
