Question about XBOX One Games With Gold

I'm aware that on XBOX One, Games With Gold works differently then XBOX 360. If your Gold membership expires, you can no longer play your downloaded free Games With Gold on the XBOX One. However, my question is, if my membership expires, but after 1 month
I renew my Gold Membership, will I then be able to play my downloaded free Games With Gold or have I lost them forever once the membership expires?

They have been doing it at midnight est if you search for it and pay for with 0 points. Not sure if it will work this time.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it seems you have a question about games with gold and if they expire. As long as you maintain the gold subscription the Xbox One Games with gold gams you have will stay on your account.
