    I don't see anywhere about the why xbox 360 games get updates for the xbox one.

    Why did you bought a Xbox one ,instead to keep your xbox 360,if there are no games for you on Xbox one ?....

    Games releases are known for months,you shouldn't be surprise and asking this question....

    Questions about updating games on xbox one

    The fluctuation in speeds is normal. Your internet circuit is relative slow and anything else happening on your network or the servers can impact your actual speeds. It is extremely rare to get your full bandwidth when downloading anything.

    Hi! Most times these are simply updates for the Xbox 360 emulator in order to fix minor issues or optimize stability.

    Have you tried to perform a power cycle (Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console) and try to install the DLCs again afterwards? As far as I know you
    should be able to install the DLCs from the GOTY disc as well.
