    Question about Turtle Beach Earforce X1


    So my friend recently bought an Xbox One and needed a decent headset. I upgraded to the Astro A40's and had my old X1s lying around so I gave them to him. He bought a headset adapter for his controller to work with the X1's. The problems is that there are
    two chords, a pink for talking and a green for listening. He can plug in the green and listen but not talk. Plugging the pink in does nothing. My question is, is there anyway for him to be able to hear and talk without buying some sort of aux splitter (or
    if that would even work in the first place)? Cheers

    Sorry to hear about the mic issues! According to the official
    Turtle Beach Earforce X1     page, the Xbox One is not listed as a supported console and the product has been discontinued. I would recommend that your friend invests in an Xbox One supported headset so he can hear game audio and chat.

    Not all of the Turtle Beach headsets are compatible with the X1. You might not have a compatible headset. Compatible headsets are XP510, EarForce XP Seven's, XP400, & X42. If you don't have one of those it's not going to work.
