Question about the Xbox Preview Program.

I just got off the phone with Xbox customer support telling me to make a post on the forums it says I'm enrolled for your Xbox preview program but I've never received a message on my xbox or an email stating that I was accepted how do I proceed in the Xbox
preview program?

its been a while since I signed up but there was a "preview app" that I used if I remember right...

 

Don't I need to accept something before I'm allowed to download the app?

 

You have to have someone who is already in the program invite you to the program. Being invited does not guarantee you will be accepted. If you are accepted, you would receive a message through Live with the link to download the preview program. If you have
not received a message, then you have not been accepted.

 

The customer support guy said I was accepted awhile ago.

 

Phone and chat support don't actually handle the preview program so they can't tell if you have been accepted or not. You would have to have someone invite you to the program again and wait for a message from Live.

 

Hey, HuntingFish! It looks like you have only been invited to the preview program. This means you should have received a message saying to install the app. If you do not have that message anymore in your Xbox Live messages, then you will want to post up
