Question about the XBOX One

So I was noticing that I have been deleting more and more people lately on my XBOX 360 and I talk to a lot of people who have the XBOX One and what I really want to know about the XBOX One is how many friends can you really have on the XBOX One because the
XBOX 360 can only have 100 friends and I heard the XBOX One can have up to 1000 friends, but what I do not understand is if you can have 1000 friends on the XBOX One, what if you want to go back to your XBOX 360 to play a game that the XBOX One can not play
since its not backward compatible, what happens to the 900 friends that you made on the XBOX One when you go back to the XBOX 360, or is it even true that you can have up to 1000 friends on the XBOX One?

When we get the Xbox One next week, we will be able to transfer our XBL accounts to it. The question that I want to know is that when we transfer the accounts, can we go to our download history and download games that we had for the 360 or would they still
need to port those games?

 

I imagine you'll see the first one hundred you added on the 360, the rest you won't.

 

It's true yes. The 900 friends on your X1 are only friends on the X1, they don't show at all on the 360.

So what about when your both on the XBOX 360, I know you can not send a friend request there if you already have 100 friends on your XBOX 60, but are you able to send a friend request to recently played players that you played with from the XBOX 360 on the
XBOX One? I have not played with anyone on the XBOX One online yet, and I do not plan to until more games come out for it, silly reason, I do not want to have fun with it until I can have unlimited fun with it with more games that I actually want like gta5
or something. but back to the point, can you add a recently played play from the XBOX 360 on the XBOX One?

 

Tbh, I don't know if recent player's from the X1 show in the 360. I'll have a look in a bit to see if any of the people I played on BF4 (for the X1) show up on My 360.

You can see messages from people on Xbox One if you are on the 360. One of my best friends doesnt have an Xbox One and we talk via XBL message all the time.

 

Just looked and the 360 does not show recent players from playing X1. Mine show's people I played 44 day's ago on GTA, I played BF4 on the X1 last week.

 

man, Microsoft should just make it to where the XBOX 360 could have 1000 friends and you can talk to your friends easier from the XBOX 360 and the XBOX One, this is getting way too confusing

 

I must be antisocial...got around 30 friends on my list* and really don't see a need for more, let alone a thousand. Lol.

*4 are actually alt accounts, 5 are personal friends, and the rest are work friends and a couple people I met on here or playing with online.
