question about the prepaid money cards??

Hello everyone I just bought one of these cards you buy and redeem for money on the console...

issue - Code isn't activated at this time try again later

I bought this at maybe 11 pm at a local circle K (probably first mistake?) and only now do I realize I probably should have gotten a receipt

so should I wait till about 11 again when its been 24hrs technically. and if it doesn't work try to complain/get it activated with them??

this is the first time this has happened to me. I have bought these cards at places like GameStop and others.. but there usually active when I get home

I just don't want to be out the 15 I payed for this card...

Any help or advice would be wonerfull

Hi there, so I've seen these prepaid cards that have the x amount of $ but it has a image of the game world of tanks.... What I want to know is... If I buy that prepaid card will the digital money only be able to use for that game or does it go to my balance
for any use I decide on Xbox one?

i can see my entire subscription history in account management and then billing history

if you're not seeing what you're expecting then you'll have to check other gamertags and see if the cards are there

If you haven't already checked, you should visit the Billing & Account Management site at
http://billing.microsoft.com

You can check your Services for membership info - the start and end dates, plus

This is the same info that the support agents will be able to see on their side of the system, too.

So if you want to speak to them, you'll be able to follow along as they review your account for you.

But... using a prepaid card to add money to the microsoft account and then pay with that? Not the prepaid cards of "12 Month Xbox Live Gold Membership", I want to use the ones that add money like "Xbox Live $50 Card"
