    Question about the Console Purchase Pilot program


    I've been trying to secure a series X for months and I somehow missed hearing about the console purchase pilot thing until today. I've joined Insider and looked, and scrolled through a bit of this subreddit, but haven't seen anything about it. Is that still going on or did I miss the boat?

    I appreciate any help y'all might be able to provide, thanks in advance!

    Will you please consider selling most of your XBox Series X consoles directly to consumers?

    As this is a community forum, we don't have any information on what Microsoft plans to do. Microsoft did have the Console Pilot Program which allowed Insiders only to purchase the console. There's been no word on if they'll do that again. Otherwise, the Microsoft Store has had them in stock on and off as well.

    Regarding this you will need to get in touch with the online team. Access Contact us | Xbox Support, follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

    @Smwutches, Thanks for link to the forum with updates about the program. @oOUTSIDERo62, I've been helping a lot of users already, in chats through the Ambassabank and on the 00 - 2013 Dashboard Update Forum and on the 02 - Connecting to Xbox Live Forum.
