Question about Suspensions

I was bored so I read the thread about people being suspended. I'm not sure I understand everything.

Cheating

1. Playing in a modded lobby. I don't even know what that is. Could I accidentally join one and then get suspended?

2. Playing with someone who is cheating. How would I know if they are cheating? Am I suppose to police there games now, because I never agreed to sign up for that.

I still don't understand how people are able to cheat. What are the programers doing all day, sitting around doing nothing. Have they no safeguards built in? How are people able to modify their gamer score? Do they need to hire better programmers who can
write a program so that this stuff can not be done? Maybe it is, they just don't care.

Instead of every few years coming out with a completely new operating system (Windows 10) or a new xbox one dashboard, how about focusing on fixing the one you have in place. Microsoft's idea of fixing a problem is to come out with a brand new software
package, hoping you will forget about the last on.

Last time I looked at the calendar it was 2015. Why does this system not have blue tooth? Microsoft does know what that is, right?

By the way, I do love my XBOX One.

Question about Suspension

I question why it seems I get an account suspension on one report I know about, I've been told there's a possibility that I was reported by someone and that someone is telling others to report me too resulting in the suspension and I see that it makes more
sense than being reported at random, so I ask if I would be able to have my whole gaming experience back because its most likely the case

well you do realize that one it only takes one valid report right?

Anything else unless it's a seperate violation won't matter

If you stay in a modded lobby then you run the risk of being banned/suspended.

You can usually tell a cheat a mile away,they are doing things you shouldn't be able to do in a game.

Cheaters have been around for ages & as soon as one solution is found to stop them they come up with another way to cheat,it's an ongoing battle.

Having Gamerscore linked to the Cloud has stopped Gamerscore modders.They can still mod 360 games achievements but not xbox one game ones.

 

Not sure I could tell. I'm older and would have no clue what to look for. Since I have no interest in cheating or participating in it, I'm a bit clueless.

And I really don't pay that much attention as to what other players do.

 

I'm what you would consider an older gamer as well.

Trust me,you can tell when someone is cheating,most of the time it sticks out like a sore thumb.
