    Question about suspension end date


    Had a suspension end on June 15th, but I am still unable to send messages or access certain multiplayer features in games. If there is still an active suspension wouldn't it show up on the enforcement site?

    Try another game and see if the issue is still happening and let us know! It may be game specific.

    No active enforcements are showing which is why its so confusing. I am able to access some multiplayer features, but not all along with chat/messages. the only message I have received is "This profile does not have the correct permissions to access this
    feature" or something close to that while on FIFA 17. I don't play very many online multiplayer games so I haven't been able to check if this one is the only game affected.
    Try another game and see if the issue is still happening and let us know! It may be game specific.

    If you have any active enforcement actions it should appear on enforcement.xbox.com. Do you see any error messages or error codes on the console?

    If the information about it being permanent is in the information about the suspension itself, that's just there by default. It's what would happen if you were issued a temporary suspension, but if there is an end date then it's temporary.

    Clarification on ban

    All suspensions list information for what happens during a temporary suspension and during a permanent suspension. Since the suspension lists and end date, that means it's temporary. If it was permanent, the end date would be 12/31/9999
