  1. Question about shared gold account on two xbox ones

I can't seem to find an answer to this question so I've come here with hopes of getting some help. I already have an xbox one. I'm considering buying a second. On the one I have already, I have my gold account that's shared so my wife and kids can play
online with their account but without having to have their own gold account. if I were to get a second Xbox one could I use my same gold account as the primary and still share it on that Xbox one? and if so, can I be on my original Xbox one playing online
while someone on the second is also playing online?

any information that could be provided about this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    :)

  2. Xbox ones network transfer question

Wondering if anyone knows if the new xbox one networking transfer ability will slow down speeds from your internet if you're transfering stuff? (I got two xbox ones on a community shared wifi and was transfering games from one another and just thought about
    the question)

    Xbox One Online Subscription Sharing

Douchbag rip-off prevention. too laxxed if you ask me. You can game share between two Xboxes with two different account holders, both paying for Xbox Live. But both would have to trust the other person completely. This would allow two people to each play the same copy of the game on their home consoles. But you already reap the benefits of free Gold when playing on the same console anyway. Microsoft and the Xbox One is pretty lenient with general account sharing, game sharing and free Gold sharing. no need to rape the system. Just play regularly. Between sales, I doubt you two would be buying that may games. sounds like a bit like overkill just to play CoD. theres also some down sides to doing the game sharing thing too, ya know.

Question about shared gold account on two xbox ones

Yes you can share live. I just set this up this weekend. What you do is take the xbox that your kids or wife will be using and set that as your main the other one you mainly will be using set as their primary console. They will also have access to your
digital games and you will have access to theirs. Hope this helps.

My son and I were able to Dragon Ball Xenoverse at the same and play against each other.

Set console 1 as HOME console.....anyone can play on this console (wife and Kids) without you being signed in (gold Account)

Console 2... If you are signed in (Gold account) on this xbox your wife and kids can also play sharing your Gold features and games.

This is what I do when my two boys want to play each other on separate xbox's and the same game...

Console 1 (home Xbox) kid #1 signs in

Console 2 , I sign in (GOLD account), kid #2 signs in

    they play together

multiple Xbox ones in same house

    Hello DAJAXMAN,

Good question, yes you can have two Xbox One's in the same house. If its your girl's friend first time downloading her account to a Xbox One that Xbox One will become her main Xbox. As long as you have one Active gold account downloaded to the system your
gold will be shared across the accounts. in this case her account.

    Thank you!

    Hi Guilherme,

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. In relation to your question about sharing gold, if the account that holds the subscription is made the primary Home Console profile, then you are able to share Xbox Live Gold with any other
profile on the console. For further information about this, you can read the following support articles as they are pretty helpful:

How to designate an Xbox One console as your home Xbox

I hope that this helps out!

How do I do this? I want to share a game with other members of my family that use different Xbox consoles

    Hello there!

To answer your question, the installation does not have to pertain to a specific account, it only pertains to the console. For instance, if a console is set as the home Xbox and is actively sharing with other accounts, the installation of any game on that
console means that any account can go in and play that game without having to reinstall said content.

The best way to utilize Gold Sharing on 3 console is explained as so:

There would need to be two accounts with the Xbox Live membership if all want to play online multiplayer. One account can share its Gold with one console, therefore giving that one console access to share Gold with multiple accounts. So right there are two
consoles, and the third would need to have its own subscription. Remember that this all goes for games and DLC as well.

I do hope this clears this up, and let us know if there is anything else that we can assist with.

    Best wishes!
