Question about Season Passes after being perma-banned.

When you're perma banned you still have access to DLC and the Digital games you bought as long as they're on the hard drive. Please don't say, "YOU LOSE EVERYTHING!" because really all you lose are game saves and gamerscore, and the licensed (so if you delete
anything off the hard drive, you can't get it back unless you pay)

How do season passes work? Is it a download that installs to the hard drive, so I should still be able to get the games when they come out because of the pass, right?

my old account that got perma suspended had a bo2 season pass can the pass be used on this account or do i have to purchase again

What is perma-bannable, will my xbox tell me automatically that i'm banned, or do i have to wait after a suspension to get notified i'm perma-banned? I need to know because i'm making mistakes and getting suspened. I don't want to get perma-banned.

 

Never mind, it's been confirmed. Friend said he was being pestered to download DLC from his season pass on his new account after he got banned. Thanks anyway, guys!

 

If it's not been downloaded yet, it has to be bought again as the old account still would have been the owner of that licence and the new one cannot inherit it, and the licence cannot be transferred.

 

Are you sure? Bud says he was able to download new dlc from the season pass on his new account.

 

What you are saying is you try to get around your punishment by using the option that was original made so you don´t need a DLC for each account?

I'm not trying to "get around" anything? Quote me, please? I was asking if my Season pass is account or Xbox-based, but my question was answered. If they made it to where a season pass can be used on multiple accounts on one Xbox, how is that me trying to
get around anything?

I am not trying to get around any kind of punishment. Got on AC Black Flag and it says, "Season Pass Found," and allows me to download all DLC I have yet to download for free. My question has been answered, and if I get penalized for not having to rebuy
the season pass because it's on my Xbox from when I bought it on my now banned account, then that's ridiculous. Not only that, it won't LET me redownload the season pass, it says it's already purchased because I have it on my Xbox/Licensed to my other account.
