Question about saving in game DVR

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

I had a gold membership that expired about a month ago. Since then I have taken many screenshots with the game DVR. Yesterday I renewed my gold membership, but I don't get the option to save screens I took when I didn't have gold. Is there any way to save
those? I would really hate to lose them.

No internet is not required, the thing you're referring to is 'social club' saving - where it says do not turn off Xbox when saving to it. Just go for a nap and you can save as normal

Ok so I do not have disc 2 dl to my pc as instructed. So I got a question:

Do I got to have my internet connected in order to save my game? Something came up saying I had to be connected in order to save my progress.

Hey there!

After you renewed your Gold Membership did you try a quick power cycle on your console and go back to saving the screenshots? Sometimes it takes a bit to recognize your new subscription and take a little bit for the option to show.

I just tried doing a power cycle, but no luck. I can save screens I've taken since renewing gold, just not the ones from the time I didn't have gold.

Thanks for the quick response but i dont think thats really what I'm talking about, I'm not so much worried about my feed, but when i go to view all my captures, then switch to "on this console" only like my 6 most recent captures show up as saved.

Hey there it's common the Activity feed the last month has been experiencing issues and support is aware of this and no official patch has been released yet.

Sadly i cannot say there is a way for a more secure way of keeping stuff on your feed (Pinning stuff to the feed) If you notice go to your friends feed's they'll be behind as well.
