    Question about roxio game capture & turtle beach


    Hi there. So i've been recording on my old white xbox 360 using roxio game capture (not the HD version) for about two years. Had various success in recording my own voice, but always heard about how you could record your own voice with turtle beach. So,
    the question is.... with Turtle Beach x12, with roxio game capture, and a hdmi converter inbetween roxio and and the tv. Will I still be able to not only set up TB, but also record my own voice in party?

    PS: Is there a way of just recording my voice (with TB x12) without having to use another program, like audacity? Thank you Question about roxio game capture & turtle beach :)

    Capture Card Help

    What type of Turtle Beach headset do you have? What type of connection does it use?

    I would suggest HDMI to the capture card, then connect your turtle beach headset to the pc.

    Just the Roxio capture gadget. It may only capture in SD but the software is very intuitive and powerful, well worth the price for the software alone IMO. Put it this way, I also have Adobe Premier Pro which goes for about triple the price and the Roxio
    software beats it hands down as far as game capture editing.

    Need some advice on capturing Xbox 360 footage

    for quality id agree with bon3ezz.

    i havent captured anything in quite some time. using a cheapA$$ easyCap (SD cap card) using the S-video out. gives you the 480p 30fps resolution.as does the roxio game capture.. good enough for youtube.

    if you intend on using it to capture HD tv programs. sports or movies aswell then go for the pvr.

    if its just for games. roxio capture.
