    Question about rewards


    Happy New year everyone

    I'm new to the reward program as I'm a new Xbox one owner I made a lot of purchases in the Xbox store but I'm not seeing any credit reflected in the rewards account

    I'm unsure how to go about fixing this

    Hello HeisenJake,

    We did a series of restocks over the last few months. Since the program is ending in your region, if you wish to spend your Gems in the Vault, you must use them on the current prizes in the Vault before the final transition to Microsoft Rewards.

    In order to receive credits, you have to either complete offers listed on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. All offers are listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site.

    Hello whasango,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    A lot of the rewards offers are based on making purchases in the Xbox store. You would have to make purchases using USD currency, but being in a non-Live country, there could be issues completing purchases.
