Question about refunds on digital games.

A day or two ago I accidently bought another copy of red dead redemption 2 and wanted to get a refund for it, but I was informed I couldn't and I tried to find out why but I couldn't really find anything as to why that was so. I'd appreciate if someone could
tell me the relevant information, and or possibly somehow I might be able to get a refund?

one question thecutestpie. were u asking for a refund over a game over and over again? or u were asking for a refund for multiple games? because that sounds really suspicious knowing u are the only one complaining about digital downloads.

I should have specify that this is what I did but it was denied, I wanted to know why that was the case since it didn't really tell me why. Oh it was also a digital game.

Thanks for responding and letting us know you've requested a refund, it was reviewed and it was denied. Best track to take is to respond directly by replying to the email you received containing the denial to ask them for another review and state your case.
It can sometimes take them about 24 hours to respond, but you should have another communication from them within 48 hours.

I have requested a refund a for Fallout 76 through the process that was suggested to you. My request was declined without any information. I will escalate this issue, the law is on my side. If you have thr same issues please do not give up.
