    I want to preorder FFXV, but the digital special edition. To get the reward points, do you need the one that appears on the website?, Or it can also the digital special edition to get the reward points?

    Can I cancel my preorder of FFXV and receive a refund here?

    My order number for FFXV is [Mod Removed]

    the date I preordered the game was 4/22/2016 UTC

    I would like to cancel my preorder and receive a refund because I was under the misapprehension that it would be multiplayer co-op game.

    Both a message I received about FFXV and Xbox support claimed that I can cancel my preorder before the game releases.

    I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

    It depends on which offer you're looking for. If you preorder digitally, it will count towards your Games on Demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases in order to receive credits.

    If you're looking for the 15,000 credits for preordering from microsoftstore.com, only physical disc purchases from that website will qualify.

    I can confirm that both of Smwutches' responses are accurate. As long as you pre-order some version of Final Fantasy XV, it should qualify, regardless of standard or deluxe edition.

    So it's indistinct, in the first case that mentions, the edition of the game that you want to reserve, be the standard or deluxe?

    i preordered FFXV, dead rising 4, and titanfall 2 got the punches for FFXV and titanfall but it doesnt even show that i preordered dead rising 4 yet i have the preordered stamp on titanfall,FFXV,and skyrim yet i didnt even preorder skyrim i bought it about
