Question about pre-orders

so after release date, do I get credited on my pre orders? if not, I will never pre order again. Also why does halo wars 2 ultimate edition count as a pre order if I bought it on the 17th? I downloaded it and played it straight away. I did not " pre
order" it. it did not say pre order on my store page . My account has already been charged for it, so why does it not count towards my vip rank? thankyou..

No disrespect but none of your comment relates to this thread. This isn't a question about pre-orders or how to get access. Its only a question about the Xbox Live email that is missing the code.

also, halo wars 2 ultimate edition on your punchcard says "release date 16th feb" so why is it a pre order if I bought it on the 17th? its not showing up on my punchcard & I havnt been credited for it on vip either . which one is it? thanks

Support will check into Halo Wars, but if you purchase a game as a preorder, you will only receive credits if they are part of a specific offer on the site at the time. It will not count towards VIP if it is a preorder at all.The program only counts the
date you make the purchase, not when the game is actually released.

 

Thanks for checking. yeah release date on your punchcard & Microsoft store for halo wars 2 ultimate edition is the 16th. I bought on the 17th, so please check into my vip status..
