    Question about Netflix and XBL

    My sister has an XBOX 360 and she only buys/uses XBL for Netflix usage. I know you don't need Gold for XBOX ONE to watch Netflix is this the same for XBOX 360?

    So, stupid question. Since my non Smart TV used my Xbox360 to access Netflix how would one go about watching Netflix on this TV now with an XboxOne since they don't provide the app channel in the One Guide now?

    You need to sign up for a Netflix account on their website. Then link it following the xbox instructions. It now costs £6.99 or £7.99 a month. You do NOT need Gold to watch Netflix or any other app that requires a subscription.

    When Microsoft rebuilt how their UI looks and Netflix rebuilt our app for the XBOX, the feature was not re-added and at this time there is no plan to support this option currently. I have definitely let the right people know that you are interested as we
    always appreciate feedback. I cannot however speak on their behalf though, so I do not know if they plan to bring it back in the future or not.

    What have you people done to Netflix?

    Bringing this back up to the top... since the original poster's question (and mine down the chain a bit) had do do with Netflix now requiring a password to access.... how do you get Netflix to stop asking for a password whenever you access it? It didn't
    do that before the netflix upgrade and the message says to make adjustments to the Family Settings, but there are no settings I can find that have to do with Netflix. I have setting for my son's xbox game playing, but there is nothing about Netflix. The
    settings are for 'teen'. They are the same settings I had before the Netflix upgrade and Netflix didn't need a password then.
