hi i was wondering if i got the 15,000 points towards the 3 preorder punchcard deal you guys are having. i know i preordered dragonball fighterz, monster hunter world, kingdom come, and far cry 5.

Preorder punchard not showing games

My preorder for Sea of Thieves is not showing as it counted on my punchcard. How do I go about fixing this?

I never received my rewards for the preorder punchcard. The 3 games showed up as preordered on the punchcard but no points.

if you've gotten the 15,000 credits already, they would be listed in your statement on the MyRewards section of the rewards site. If you don't see them, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so rewards support can check into it
for you.

If you're talking about the Microsoft Rewards punchcard, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page for assistance. If you preordered the game it would not be eligible.

If you're talking about the Xbox Rewards punchcard, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance. The game would only count if you preordered on or after July 1.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that the preorder would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer
and receive credits. If you preordered the game before April 1, it would not count towards the current punchcard.

VIP and the punchcard are two separate then. In order to qualify for the punchcard, the games have to be preordered during the offer period. Anything preordered before October 1 would not be eligible.

You can check your progress on the punchcard's page. Punches will show about 96 hours after you preorder a game. If you preordered any of the games before October 1, they will not be eligible.
