Question about Microsoft account and Minecraft PR app

Your worlds are stored locally in your phone, this means that if you change your phone you need to export those worlds to your new phone

Depending on the phone OS (Android or iOS) the process is different.

We recommend trying to install Minecraft through the Minecraft Launcher located in the Xbox app instead of the Microsoft Store. Launch the Xbox app and verify that you’re signed into the account that owns the game. After, search for Minecraft. There you will find Minecraft for Windows + Launcher.

Well I think microsoft have a bug or an inconsistency. I live in Puerto Rico. In my xbox account I can’t select PR as a country (appears as US State) so I have this account as US country account. In y MSFT account, PR is a country not a US state, and I set my account with PR as a country. Looks like Microsoft is taking my accounts as different countries, but I don’t have any option to use the same country setups. PS: PR should be treat as US State

Some questions:

• I assume this is on PC, if not could you let me know
  
• Were you told to move the files within the game or outside of the game?
  
• Do you have multiple profiles on this PC?
  
• Have you completed the Minecraft Migration process?
  

Can you try signing out of the Microsoft Store App, and The Xbox App, then Sign into the account that purchased Minecraft in the Microsoft Store App, then the same one in the Xbox App, then try signing into the Minecraft Launcher with the exact same account.
