    Question about information regarding chat issues after suspension lifted


    Just curious if after they fix the issue regarding chat not functioning properly after a suspension is over if we will be told exactly what the cause of this glitch is and if any compensation will be given to those affected. I'm not normally a person to
    complain but due to this glitch I basically can't participate in games with friends, specifically raid activities in destiny which is all I play at the moment.

    I do feel that microsoft / Xbox has known about this issue for some time now and as a paying customer I do not feel like I am getting my money worth as being able to chat with friends is a significant part of why I pay for the service in the first place.
    I know what I did to get my suspension and that won't happen again but I feel as though I'm now being "over" punished because of a glitch that's been known about for months and not been addressed.

    Complains about reply deletions

    No it was not "bashing" or disrespecting either members or the corporation but rightful information towards a question regarding suspension. In example: [Member X] asked if his suspension would be lifted at midnight (his timezone or any other time zone)
    and i replied that suspensions were lifted at about the same time said suspension took place on said date it would be lifted. The thing is this happens way too often and its total disrespect towards members giving said informations.

    Enforcement Team Number 3

    Support does not handle enforcement issues. So they cannot do anything about them. The enforcement site is the only place to find information about suspensions and to see about submitting a case review. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact
    the enforcement team and possibly have a suspension lifted.

    It's most likely not a permanent ban, but there is an issue with enforcement happening that is telling everyone who has been getting a suspension that they are permanently banned, but the ban won't show on the enforcement site. You can try contacting support to see how long the suspension is, but they won't have information about why you were suspended and they can't lift the suspension. Until the enforcement site is fixed, it is not possible to get more information about the suspension.
