Question about he Rewards Tiers...

So I was looking redeem my third set of rewards today but I'm only 104 points away from the next tier. My question is, can you keep adding points and then redeem the next tier before they expire or does it lock you in after they are released for the month.
Also, I noticed a big drop in credits this month...maybe they are toning them down so we don't buy everything up in the next month or so...Please release a track or two...hell maybe even as a freebie for Tier 6 players!!

xbox live rewards - refer a friend

LOL He meant that Xbox Live Rewards added the "Earn special gifts through achievements tiers" incentive which can be seen in the "MyXtras" (achievements) area of the Xbox Live Rewards site. Don't expect much though.

In answer to your question, You can continue to the next level, and redeem those points in the same month as your previous tier.

It says that you get instant rewards when you jump to the next tier.

You still have to log in and claim the rewards. Once you do you unlock new rewards. The first of every month new rewards are offered for those that are at the highest level.

Hi there,

Gamerscore has always been about the little achievements in games, it has no monetary value, or tradability.

Yes, there were tiers in the Xbox Rewards program, until it was transitioned, but it will be up to the Microsoft Rewards team, whether they continue rewarding folks with larger gamerscores. I'd keep an eye out for any future updates or missions there, that
will address your question directly.

I believe that particular reward is based on your Tier level and is a special reward for the some of the problems that have occured with the Forza 5 (You're tier leve 5 and got 5,000,000; I'm tier level 6 and got 6,000,000). I think you'll still see rewards
in the future for the other games. If you make it to tier level 6 you should see new rewards on Horizon and FM4.
